We are the leading manufacturer of construct blocks to the ASTM spec F1717-09 and F2706. The material we use is the only grade of UHMW that is actually guaranteed to the ultimate tensile break specified in the rules. As far as F2706 the exact Homopolymer specified is used. Material Certs are Provided.
Our blocks are made to much tighter tolerances than what is required. By doing this we are eliminating the chance of inconsistent test results because of the block itself.
Our unique manufacturing process for these components allows us to achieve tolerances to +- .02mm on all dimensions at 65 deg F.
We Keep an Inventory of the blocks within the spec. for rapid shipment. Just tell us your pilot hole size and standard or special location.
Special implant curvature can be quickly surfaced onto any cervical block.
